Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, such as during holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Dragonfly Tea Room uses USPS for shipping, and costs are determined based on your location and the weight of your order. This will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Tracking is available for all orders over 0.5 lbs.
All shipments should be delivered within 2-8 business days. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Below are where the shipping zones are separated. Though they do not appear on the map, Hawaii and Alaska
are included in the Eastern shipping zone.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Dragonfly Tea Room does not ship to P.O. boxes or to addresses within U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable (orders over 0.5 lbs.). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Dragonfly Tea Room is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S., but we hope to in the future. Sorry!
