A light oolong, this is an intriguing and complex offering from the Phoenix Mountains. Many of the trees currently being picked are 200-300 years old and have been pruned to grow like a single trunk. Leaves are picked twice a year, in April/May and October/November, at midday. The processing is all done by hand.
