Keemun: A very famous Chinese black tea. It is a light tea with characteristic stone fruit and slightly smoky notes in the aroma and a gentle, malty, non-astringent taste reminiscent of unsweetened cocoa.
 
1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz serving. Heat water to boiling (212 degrees). Steep for 3-5 minutes
